I had the privilege of reviewing this lovely Bible. The Life In Christ Bible that I received is the Brown Leathersoft cover, New King James version. It's a handsome Bible, and includes all of the favorite extras that readers enjoy- maps, reading plans, cross references, and various indexes. Additionally, there are articles and notes throughout each Book, offering encouragement and teaching using 16 key topics.
My Bible arrived well packaged. My family happened to be with me when it arrived, and everyone oohed and ahhed over it upon opening. We were all impressed and eager to start reading this version. Most of the time I read the NIV, but I do like this New King James as well, and I like to compare each translation as I have my devotions.
