This is so true, isn’t it? The word diet conjures up pictures of salads and exercise regimens, but it’s much more than those things. Personally, my diet needs some work. I can see areas of my life where I’ve allowed myself to “overeat” (hello social media). Likewise, I’ve neglected the healthy habits, Bible study, prayer, self discipline. Tomorrow is a new day, and the start of a new week. Time to reset and start fresh. How’s your diet?
Deuteronomy 6:6-7
And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. ~ Deuteronomy 6:6-7
